And it continues when you drive off our dealership lot backed by the confidence of knowing that your vehicle comes with our 72 Hour Exchange Policy. If for any reason you want to return the car you bought or leased from Team Hyundai, you may bring the vehicle back in for exchange on an in-stock vehicle equal to or greater than the original vehicle.

Here are the details:

In order to take advantage of our 72 Hour Exchange policy, the vehicle must:

  • Be returned to Team Hyundai within three days of delivery (purchase day is considered day one).
  • Have less than 150 miles on the odometer from the time of purchase.

That's essentially all it takes to utilize this policy. Why do we do it? It's actually simple.

We want you to know right from the start that when you purchase or lease a new Hyundai or pre-owned vehicle from us, we're interested in establishing a long-term business relationship. Too many dealerships these days are only interested in selling a car and then abandon you when you drive off the lot.

That's not the way we do business.

At Team Hyundai, everything we do is centered on making sure that you have a great experience. Even if we don't end up selling you a vehicle, we still want you to walk away with a great feeling from the level of customer service you experienced. *Exchanges must be made by 5:00 PM on or before the third day. If the third day is a Sunday or holiday, you must return the vehicle by 10:00 AM the following day. Vehicles with any damage or modification from the original delivery date will be ineligible for exchange. Any type of fraud or illegal activity on behalf of the consumer renders the Team Hyundai Exchange Policy null and void. Accessories of any kind shall remain with and a part of the motor vehicle. If any accessories are supplied by Team Hyundai at your request, you as the purchaser remain liable for payment to Team Hyundai should the vehicle be returned pursuant to this agreement. If a vehicle of greater value is desired for the exchange, customer is responsible for paying additional cost. Please note that this is not a refund policy, but a vehicle exchange policy.
